Terms of Service
1. The Agreement
By engaging REDGOLD (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“Client”, “Talent”) agree to these terms. We operate with professionalism and discretion, and we expect the same from our clients.
2. Services
REDGOLD provides talent representation services including career management, contract negotiation, brand partnerships, and strategic advisory. Specific terms of representation are outlined in individual client agreements.
3. Confidentiality
Our strategies, industry relationships, and operational methods are proprietary. Clients agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding REDGOLD's internal processes and sensitive business information.
4. Compensation
Commission structures and payment terms are defined in individual representation agreements. Standard industry commission rates apply unless otherwise negotiated.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the representation agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in the individual contract. Outstanding commissions for deals originated during the term remain due per the agreement.
